Terms of Service

These terms govern website design, development, e-commerce, and SEO consulting services provided by versionzero to you ("Client").

Quotes & scope

Work is quoted per project. A written quote or proposal defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work outside that scope is billed separately by agreement.

Payment

Fees are stated in your quote. Invoices are issued electronically and are payable by the due date shown, typically via card or bank payment processed by our payment processor (Stripe). A deposit may be required before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, access, and timely feedback needed to complete the work, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.

Intellectual property

On full payment, final deliverables are yours. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranty & liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA.
